Ten Hours Till Dark is developed and published by Thales Schmalz Toniolo, an independent developer operating under the publishing name Lost Level. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, checkpoints, settings, almanac discoveries, and gameplay reports locally on your device. Lost Level does not operate an account system or a server that receives this local game data. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to normal Apple backup behavior.
Optional rewarded advertising
The game may offer an optional rewarded video through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. Watching an ad is not required to play the core game. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, advertising data, performance information, and technical device data.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, verify rewards, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve ad performance. Lost Level does not receive your name, email address, contacts, photos, or messages through normal gameplay.
Your choices
You can play without choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Where required, Apple or the advertising provider may present additional consent or privacy choices. You can also manage tracking permissions in the privacy settings of your Apple device and use privacy controls shown inside an advertisement.

Ten Hours Till Dark is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. Lost Level does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
